Answer: Revenge of the Sith. It completed the circle of insanity of Anakin, and Hayden Christensen was much better in it than in Attack of the Clones. Ian McDarmid finally got a chance to steal the limelight though, which was nice since he was in the movies (1, 2, 6) in the supporting role.
