Question: Follow up to Star Wars Movies?

In 1993 I came upon 3 scripts for sale. I checked into this and they were copies of the scripts Lucas wrote in 1983-84. The original name for Ep 3 was "Fall of the Republic"
In it, (they reversed it for the movie), The jedi and Palpetine have discovered a crystal that can either balance the force (for the jedi) or give unlimited power (for palpetine).
The Jedi send Ben to get it, and Palpetine sends Anakin. Originally, that was what the battle between the two was over. Now i didnt read Ep 1 and 2 back then. I have read ep 3 several times.
In this case Anakin becomes Vader right off. I think that would have been better.

As for people saying that Ep 1 and the origin of Anakin was bad, look at the whole SW universe story line. Anakin does lose a parent (his mom to the Sand People) kills them in anger, the jedi dont trust him from day 1.
Hell in case you dont know, He is the chosen one. It takes his sacrifice in ROTJ by killing the emporer at his own loss of life to fullfill it

I personally didn't like the first 2 new movies, but it my understanding they were outlined in order to present the pitch. sort of a background story.

With respects to the post... I don't think Ankin should already be Vader from the start of Ep 3. Showing the human side and fall was the point of these i guess. fortunalty we have the orignal movies with Vader in all glory.

I have heard lucas say that the series was really always about Vader.

As for the movies after ROTJ i heard he had outlined that as well.

just a couple of things
The extended universe says that the Emperor clone himself and comes back.
And yeah Siths killed each other off and betrayed one another, that i why there are only two, a master and an apprentice...wouldn't dark jedi be .....siths?
